Toyota Marikina (TMSS) was established on August 19, 1998 and started as a satellite service station of Toyota Cubao, Inc. (TCI). TMSS is primarily engaged in the sales of Toyota vehicles, parts, and accessories as well as the aftersales service.

TMSS is situated in Marikina City, also known as the Shoe Capital of the Philippines and is one of the wealthiest and most awarded metropolitan cities in the country, making it a very good market for motorization. Currently, TMSS is categorized by Toyota Motors Philippines under the Small Business Division having an average monthly brand new unit release of 130 units in 2014. However, from the beginning of 2015, unit releases have consistently increased with the latest milestone already pegged at 190 for one month. Along with this are increases in other areas of the business like the units received for service, accessories sales, and parts sales.

On June 24, 2014, TCI, the mother company of TMSS, became a joint-venture between the GT Capital Holdings, Inc., with 51.4% of shares; Mitsui & Co., Ltd., with 40.0% of shares; and a few individual investors with 8.6% of shares. Facility improvements have been approved, under the new management, and TMSS is well on its way to increasing capacity to take advantage of the growing market and improve the comfort and convenience in the dealer for the benefit of its customers. Striving to provide excellent and quality services, TMSS stays true to its commitment of delivering only the best dealer experience to its customers, team members and shareholders.
